So tragic and so horrific. It’s heartbreaking what that woman has gone through and she is only one of hundreds facing the same struggle.

And unfortunately the problems in Kensington are echoed in cities across America. Vancouver’s East Side is also in the same situation. Canada with its more liberal drug policies and social programs isn’t exempt either.
I agree with some of the others here that we have to re-evaluate our response and look to countries that are having success, like a Portugal.
